NEW ARRANGEMENT MADE IN BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. It is authoritatively stated that it has been decided that the three Service departments will maintain senior officers at the Ministry of Information who will be responsible for passing news, except matters of the highest policy. Where a senior officer is unable to decide, an important issue of policy it will be referred to the Minister concerned, for immediate decision. Cabinet has decided that the right of veto will not be exercised unreasonably and a final decision not unduly delayed.
