BUILDING SOCIETY

WORKMEN’S FRIEND NO. 2. MEETING OF DIRECTORS. The monthly meeting of the directors of the Workmen’s Friend No. 2 Building Society was held last night, Mr Wm. Kemp, chairman, presiding. Also present were Messrs T. B. Braggins. A. V. Dixon. E. H. Morton. C. W. Walker, E. J. Brown, S. M. Gilding and H. L. Price. An apology for absence was received from Mr A. E. Hubbard.

The finance report was read and correspondence dealt with. It was resolved that an appropriation of £4OO by ballot be held at the next meeting of directors.
