Fraser) in an interview, said he believed a meeting of Dominion Premiers in London would be a good idea, but he realised the difficulties oi other Prime Ministers leaving their Dominions. He added that a full dress Imperial Conference was not necessary. Personally he believed the presence of the Prime Ministers in London for a fortnight would suffice.
