RAGLAN LEADS DOMINION

FLAG COMPETITION. FEATHERSTON STILL AHEAD IN WELLINGTON AREA. (Ev Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. As a result of a whole-hearted effort by an energetic committee of citizens.
