NEW ATTACK.
LAUNCHED FROM NORTHERN FINLAND AIMED AT MURMANSK. SOVIET ICE-FREE ARCTIC PORT. LONDON. June 28. The Berlin radio admitted that the Gorman forces have been engaged in defensive besides offensive actions in the Lemberg. Luck and Baranowicze areas. The German drive through Lithuania is slowing down, but today a new attack from the extreme north of Finland was launched by the Germans. Swedish reports say it is aimed at the Soviet Arctic port of Murmansk. It is reported in Rome that M. Stalin has gone to the Ukraine to join the Soviet HJgh Command.
