GREYTOWN

OBITUARY MR EBENEZER DRYSDALE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The death occurred at the Greytown Hospital on Friday morning of Mr Ebcnezer Drysdale. The late Mr Drysdale came from England to New Zealand with his parents 50 years ago and resided at Newman for many years. For the past fourteen years he had resided at Woodside. He took an active interest in local affairs and until recently assisted with the music at patriotic functions. He was 51 years of age. He is survived by his wife and one son, who will have the sympathy of the residents of Grey town in their bereavement. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the residence of Mr W. Drysdale, Humphrey Street, at 1 p.m. for the Greytown Cemetery. Personal Items. Miss Joyce Horton, of Wellington, is a visitor to Greytown for the weekend. Mrs C. W. Brown - and her son, Mr W. Brown, returned to Greytown yesterday from a visit to Auckland.
