SOUTH FEATHERSTON

ENJOYABLE FUNCTION EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE. ("Times-Age” Special.) There was a fair attendance at the euchre party and dance held in the South Featherston Hall. The music was supplied by Messrs Udy Bros.’ Orchestra. Iff. Mclntosh flayed an extra. Mr Fenwick and partner won both Monte Carlo waltzes. The euchre prize-winners were: —Ladies: Mrs F. Burt, 1; Mrs Whitehead, 2’. Men: Mr McGuinness, 1; Mr L. Boyd. 2. The gathering was most enjoyable. Personal Items. Mr and Mrs Thorne, of South Featherston, are spending a holiday in Taranaki. Mr and Mrs Blatchford. of Masterton, were the guests of Mr and Mrs Alan Burt, South Featherston, over the weekend. Mrs Lumsden is spending a short holiday in Wellington.
