Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:— Barograph 29.83; shade temperature, maximum 46.5, minimum 24.3. terrestial 15.7; sunshine, 1 hour 15 minutes; frost, 14.7 degrees. — PHASES OF THE MOON.
