ALFREDTON
WOMEN’S INSTITUTE SUCCESSFUL DANCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Women's Institute held a very successful dance on Thursday evening. The hall was tastefully decorated with streamers in the Institute colours and the Institute banner held pride of place over the stage. The music was supplied by Marenzi’s Orchestra and was enjoyed by all. The ladies provided a home-made supper. Messrs C. Algie and W. Heckler capably carried out the duties of M.C. Personal. Pilot D. Kebbell has returned to Levin after spending a few days with his parents, Mr and Mrs R. Kebbell. “Winiata.”
