ABOLITION ADVOCATED IN BRITAIN. CONFERENCE RESOLUTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, June 7. The National Union of Journalists and the Council for Civil Liberties organised a conference attended by 8000 delegates, which adopted a resolution demanding the free circulation of news, and declaring that truth fortified rather than shocked the British people.
