The newspaper "Arriba" discloses that, groups of Spanish workmen are being sent to Germany and are being placed at the "service oi the Reich s various industries and other activities." An equal number of Germans are going' to Spain for work in factories and workshops. The number of workers involved is not. stated, but special representatives of Spain and Germany are meeting in Berlin and Madrid to control the respective groups. The Spanish and German Governments have appointed a joint committee to compile rules under which this new system ol inter-nation collaboration in the general task of European production will bo governed.
