INCLUSION OF DOMINION MINISTERS URGED BY “MANCHESTER GUARDIAN.” IN VIEW OF PART PLAYED BY TROOPS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright i LONDON, June 4. The Manchester Guardian, in a survey of the Cretan “failure,” declared that Mr Churchill should consider further whether in view of the critical part being played in these events by the Dominions’ troops he ought not to take .the Dominions’ representatives into the War Cabinet. The Dominions had so much to do in executing the policy that they should have more say in deciding it.
