HOCKEY TOURNEY
KING’S BIRTHBAY CONTEST MANY TEAMS TAKE PART. PLAY AT LANSDOWNE TODAY. The annual King’s Birthday hockey tournament held by the combined Wairarapa Hockey Association was conducted at the Lansdowne grounds today. The weather was perfect and there was a large attendance. Teams from Wellington, Upper Hutt and the Wairarapa competed. The standard cf play was high, and many keenly contested games were witnessed. Under the capable supervision of the secretary. Mr R. S.
