Authoritative sources report farflung naval activity, materially strengthening the American naval forces in the Atlantic, with the object of fulfilling President Roosevelt’s pledge to deliver the goods to Britain, says the United Press. The Navy Department requests a restriction on all report of shipping movements. The Post Office, at the request of the Maritime Commission, has extended the censorship regarding the movements of merchant vessels. No information about the movements of ships is allowed in mails outside the Western Hemisphere and Hawaii.
