NAZI BOMBERS
TWO SHOT DOWN OVER BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) RUGBY, May 28. An enemy bomber was shot down in the south-east of Scotland by fighters of the R.A.F. this afternoon. The Air Ministry announces that at dusk yesterday an enemy bomber was intercepted off the Cornish coast by British fighters and shot down into the sea.
