Keltic. Entries for the King’s Birthday weekend will be received by the secretary at the golf house on Saturday, and players are asked to note the alterations to some of the handicaps. The South Wairarapa Working Men’s Club will entertain several of its soldier members this week. The club has a large membership spread over the whole of the Wairarapa, and already has a considerable number of members on active service. Old Building Demolished. During the last few days two old buildings in the Main Street have been demolished. They have been the subject of discussion at many council meetings and the Magistrate recently granted closing orders in connection with the buildings.
