A bitter outburst against the United States by the German Minister of Propaganda, Dr. Goebbels, is published in a German newspaper. After accusing the American people of being of a hysterical state of mind that made fruitful discussion practically impossible, he described the leaders of America as President Roosevelt's “wild men." He said that one day Britain would experience disaster, and that jhen the so-called unlimited possibilities of the Uniled States would find their limits.
