dr. ..McMillan elected. A MISTAKE OF THOUSAND VOTES. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 22. On the official recount. Dr. McMillan, M.P., has been elected to the hospital board, displacing Mr G. J. Errington, Citizens’ candidate, in whose tally on Saturday a mistake of 1000 votes was made.
