MOVE FROM PARIS
EMBASSIES & LEGATIONS ORDERED BY NAZIS. BERLIN EXPLANATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright I (Received This Day. Noon.) LONDON, May 22. It is officially announced in Berlin that all nations have been asked' to close their Embassies or Legations in Paris. The measure is not directed at any particular country, but is designed to concentrate all diplomatic missions in Vichy, which is the present capital of France. There is no objection to any nation having diplomatic relations with Germany maintaining Consulates in Paris. The German News Agency slated that the Reich Finance Minister, Count von Krcsigk has arrived in Paris for talks with the German authorities.
