Rebels Rounded Up
AIR AND LAND FIGHTING IN IRAQ The latest news from Iraq states that rebel detachments are being rounded up after the capture of Falluja. A number of prisoners have already been taken. A Middle East air communique states that British fighters drove off an attempted enemy air attack. Bombers of the R.A.F. have successfully raided enemy held aerodromes in Syria and Iraq. German airciaft raided Habbania aerodrome and did some slight damage. The enemy were intercepted by British fighters and at least tw r o planes were severely damaged. Many German aircraft setting out on their way to Iraq never reach their destination. The R..A.F. continues to bomb the Syrian aerodromes.
