HARRIER ACTIVITIES
KIATERE CLUB. SATURDAY'S EVENTS. On Saturday the Kiaterc Harrier Club will hold an invitation run from the residence of one of the club’s enthusiasts, Mr G. C. L. Dickel, at 51 Opaki Road. The events will be a 5mile sealed Ijandicap for the seniors and a 21-mile sealed handicap for the juniors, both commencing at 2.30 p.m. Several new runners are expected to be present. A training run will be held tonight at 7 o’clock. Members and supporters will regret to learn of the death of one of the club’s runners. Mr Arthur Adderson. who was serving with the N.Z.E.F. He was a fine sportsman. The club extends its deepest sympathy to his relatives.
