MOTOR FATALITY

I WOMAN DIES FROM INJURIES. TRAGEDY AT GREENHILLS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, May 14. A young woman was fatally injured in Greenhills last night as the result of being struck by a motor-car. She was Mrs Jean Anderson, aged 25, wife of Mr Harry Anderson, who is serving overseas. Mrs Anderson was a passenger by bus. She alighted and walked in front of it to cross the road and was struck by a car driven by Mrs McKay, Bluff, travelling in the same direction as the bus. Mrs Anderson died soon- after her admission to hospital.
