BLANKET EXEMPTION
FROM OVERSEAS SERVICE. OPPOSED BY WEST COAST SAWMILLERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) GREYMOUTH, This Day. The West Coast Sawmillers’ Association carried a resolution, unanimously protesting against the system of permitting the blanket exemption from overseas service of men of any trade, particularly if such occupation was only recently entered.
