Donations to the National Patriotic Fund, up to May 6. totalled £170.813 18s 9d. and further donations to the London Distress Fund amounted to £lOl5. Beautifying Society. Members of the Masterton Beautifying Society and the public generally are reminded of the annual meeting of the society, which is to be held in the Municipal Buildings on Monday evening at 7.45 o’clock. The Masterton Post Office advises that the Controller of Censorship has directed that the acceptance of telegrams for Greece (except Crete). Yugoslavia and Bulgaria is no longer permitted
