DELICIOUS ICING
THAT CUTS WELL. One teaspoon clear gelatine soaked in. 2 tablespoons cold milk and then dissolved over hot water and folded into 1 cup of cream whipped and flavoured and sweetened, makes a delicious icing that will hold its shape and cut well.
