ALFREDTON

YOUNG FARMERS BUSINESS AT MONTHLY MEETING. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a fair attendance of members at the monthly meeting of the Alfredton Young Farmers’ Club. Arrangements for holding the annual dance were completed. The speaker for the evening was Mr Dickie, who gave an interesting talk on dairy management. He dealt with the necessity of a changing over from butter to cheese production and the care of all utensils used when supplying a factory. On the motion of Mr Aidworth. Mr Dickie was accorded a vote of thanks which was carried by acclamation.
