Mr Churchill replied in the negative when, after complaints of incomplete and misleading information from Libya. Mr Granville (Labour) asked: "Will the Prime Minister consider the appointment of a small Supreme War Cabinet composed of Ministers without departmental responsibility, and also statesmen of Mr Menzies's calibre?” Mr Churchill said theer was at present no intention of assembling an Imperial War Conference.
