RULE IN EXILE

YUGOSLAV GOVERNMENT SET UP IN MIDDLE EAST. NAZI PLANS FOR BALKANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 25. A legal Yugoslav Ministry has now been established somewhere in the Middle East. The exiled Government intends to continue to struggle for the country’s liberation.

A “Times" correspondent says that according to the “Boersen Zeitung,” not only a political revision, but a fundamental economic transformation is occurring in the Balkans. Agricultural production, it is stated, will be the basis of economic activity, supplemented by agricultural processing industries, such as meat-canning and sausage-making.
