PUBLIC NOTICES. WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY. ELECTION OF ONE MEMBER TO THE WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. TN pursuance of Section 7 of the A Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and Amendments, and the Electric Power Board Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that an Election will be held on Saturday, the 17th day of May, 1941, for the purpose of electing ONE member for the Constituent District of the County of Wairarapa South, to the Wairarapa Electric Power Board. I hereby appoint the County Office, Memorial Square, Carterton, as the place, and Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 1941 (before noon) as the day for nomination of Candidates for such office. A deposit of Three pounds (£3) must accompany each nomination. Nomination papers may be obtained from the County Office. Carterton. 21st April, 1941. E. T.
