FORETOLD BY HITLER ON BIRTHDAY MESSAGE TO RED CROSS. SPENDING DAY IN BALKANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. April 19. Hitler, who will be aged 52 tomorrow, announced from Berlin that he will spend the day with his armies on the Balkan front. In a message to the German Red Cross he said, “Hard years of struggle are ahead of us.”
