FIRE BRIGADES FROM EIRE RUSH INTO NORTHERN IRELAND. IN RESPONSE TO RAID S.O.S. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, Noon.) LONDON, April 17. Fire brigades from Dunlaoghaire, Drogheda and other places in Eire raced across the border in response to an S.O.S. from the Northern Ireland Government during the Belfast raids. The Chief Officer of the Belfast Fire Brigade said this was a grand gesture from Eire. Dublin welcomed hundreds of refugees from Belfast and other parts of Northern Ireland.
