LAUNCH WRECKED
ON REEF IN FIJIAN WATERS. HALF-CASTE SWIMS 25 MILES (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SUVA, April 16. The nine-ton launch Rogovoka, bound from the Mt. Kasi mines for Suva with about 30 persons on board, was wrecked on a reef off the island of Vetuicake and abandoned. A half-caste, swam and drifted 25 miles to the coast’ of Vanua Levu with the news. A search for the survivors is proceeding. There were several Europeans among the passengers.
