SIR M. LAMPSON'S REPORTED STATEMENT. SIRRY PASHA IN HIGH SPIRITS. (Received This Day. 10.40 a.m.) CAIRO. April 13. The British Ambassador, Sir Miles Lampson, after informing the Prime Minister, Sirry Pasha, of the latest developments. declared that the situation in Libya was very good. Sirry Pasha also seemed to be in high spirits.
