BREACH OF BRAZILIAN NEUTRALITY. FINE AND OFFICIAL WARNING. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) RIO DE JANEIRO. April 10. The Italian air line Litoria has been fined 1000 dollars for violating Brazilian neutrality and warned that another offence will terminate its operations here. One of the line's planes left Recife on March 27 without permission and made a seven-hour flight to an unknown destination.
