Baron Kiichiro Hiranuma, Home Minister, warned provincial governors today to bo ready for a big crisis in East Asia at any moment. A serious situation had boon caused by an intensified economic blockade of Japan by the United States and Britain. Baron Hiranuma said. Increased British-Ame-rican aid to China made precautions im peratlvc. Baron Hiranuma urged governors to take all necessary measures to cope efficiently with any development and particularly urged training in air raid precautions.
