LATEST OFFICIAL FORECAST FAIR TO FINE. SETTLED CONDITIONS LIKELY. The following official weather report and forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today:— GENERAL SITUATION: New Zealand is slowly coming under the influence of an anti-cyclone. FORECAST: Moderate westerly winds freshening tomorrow in Northern Wairarapa; weather fair to fine; cold frosty night, but day temperatures milder. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Settled but westerlies later increasing.
