RESULT OF ENEMY ACTION. _!. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Postmaster-General, Mr. Webb, regrets to announce that a small mail consisting of ten bags of letters for Great Britain has been lost through enemy action. The approximate dates of posting are as follow: Auckland, Hamilton and Thames districts, January 8 to 13: remainder of North Island, January 9 to 11; South Island, January 8 to 10.
