MASTERTON STOCK SALE

PRICES CONSIDERED SATISFACTORY. There was a good yarding of sheep, mostly wether lambs, at the Masterton stock sale today. Prices were on the same level as last week's and were considered most satisfactory. The Associated Auctioneers quote:— Sheep.—Fat wethers, 20s, 21s 6d; fat ewes. 8s to 8s 9d; fat lambs, 19s to 19s Id: good wether lambs, 15s 8d to 17s 9d; medium wether lambs, 14s to 15s Bd. Pigs.—Weaners, 7s to Bs.
