PERSONAL ITEMS COMING OF AGE GATHERING. (“Times-Age” Special.) Miss I. Merson is a visitor to Greytown for the weekend and is the guest of Mrs. Tully, senr., Main Street. A pleasant function took place on Wednesday at the Greytown FruitCompany’s orchard, when the staff assembled to express their good wishes to Mr. Martyn Hobson, on his coming of age. The manager. Mr. A. Wood, in making the presentation, said that their guest had proved himself a good worker and mate. The health of Mr. Hobson was drunk. Mr. Hobson suitably expressed his thanks. Kai Tora Girls’ Club. The Kai Tora Girls’ Club will hold a dance tonight. Personal items. The death occurred yesterday at the Greytown hospital of Mrs. Francis Annie Williams, wife of the late Mr. James Richard Williams, at the age of 74 years.
