ORDERED TO CLOSE DOWN IN PERU. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright I LIMA, April 2. The. Government has ordered the German Transocean Agency to cease functioning because it has “been distributing news which might perturb Peru’s good international relations, offend the national feelings of other countries and affect democratic institutions.”
