E.P.S. UNIT
TACTICAL EXERCISES TOMORROW PARADE LAST EVENING. The Emergency Precautions Scheme unit, B Company, will assemble at the Municipal Hall at 1.30 p.m. tomorrow to carry out tactical exercises at Waingawa. A full muster is particularly requested. An appeal is made to carowners to assemble with cars at the above time and place to transport the men. If, on account of rain, the parade cannot be held, postponement notices will be posted at Messrs. J. V. Gordon, C. E. Daniell and W.F.C.A. premises at 11.45 a.m. The usual weekly parade was held in the Municipal Hall last evening, when instruction was given both in military exercises and E.P.S. work. Considering the weather conditions, the attendance of 110 was regarded as satisfactory'.
