FADING OUT
ADDRESS=IN=REPL¥ DEBATE OPPOSITION TAKING NO FURTHER PART. MANY GOVERNMENT SPEAKERS YESTERDAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Address-in-Reply debate was continued in the House of Representatives yesterday. Eleven contributions were made to the debate but only two of them were from the Opposition side of the House. The Government speakers included one Minister, Mr Webb. Before the House adjourned last night the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Holland, said that the Opposition did not intend to put up any more speakers and that so far as it was concerned the address-in-reply debate was finished. The Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, will indicate in the House today the future business for this part of the session and the Government’s intentions about the debate. The House rose at 10.30 p.m. till 10.30 a.m. today.
