The New York Times’ Washington correspondent says President Roosevelt is undeterred by the report that a U-boat is expected in American waters and intends boarding his yacht Potomac on Wednesday for at least a week’s cruise convoyed by two destroyers on which the guns and depth charges will be manned in instant readiness. It is understood the President intends to fish but the route of the cruise is a secret.
