Miss Esme Nichols has been appointed to the office staff of the Masterton Borough Council. Mrs. E. J. Coleman, Worksop Road, Masterton. is visiting her daughter, Mrs Henry, Rotorua. Mrs. D. Parton, who has been visiting the South Island, spent the weekend with Miss Daniell, Albert Street, Masterton, before returning to Auckland.
