Mrs L. Hichen. of Pahiatua, is spending a holiday at Waikanae. Miss M. H. Small. Masterton, who has been visiting Palmerston North. Wanganui and Foxton. has returned home. Miss M. de Beer, who has been dental nurse in Pahiatua for a number of years, has received notice of her transfer to Christchurch. Mr and Mrs F. J. Steele and family.! of. Napier, and formerly of Masterton, were visitors here over the weekend. I They were accompanied by their son, Mr Raymond (Peter) Steele, who was visiting old friends in Masterton prior to entering the Air Force.
