Germany: Cellar flap.—Prussianism has spread to the air raid shelters in Germany and is proving too much of a good' thing even for that docile nation: “To have to go into the cellar is not amusing in the first place and the nagging warden who keeps on repeating that there should be less talking so as to preserve the oxygen can create an impossibly irritating atmophere in no time.” (Das Reich, January 26, 1941).
