BOMB VICTIMS
MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC STAFF WOMAN SECRETARY KILLED. ANOTHER SERIOUSLY INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—-Copyright) (Received This Day, Noon.) ANKARA, March 12. Miss Ellis, secretary to the British Military Attache at Sofia, is among those killed by the bomb explosion at Istanbul. Miss Armstrong, aged 25, secretary to the British Legation at Sofia, had her legs amputated. Former Superintendent Williams, of Scotland Yard, at present a King’s Messenger, is assisting in the investigation.
