NAZI NEWS AGENCY
INDICTED IN UNITED STATES. TWO OFFICIALS ARRESTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON. March 11. The Federal Grand Jury indicted the German nows agency Trans-Ocean and two officials. Manfred Zapp and Guenther Tonn, who were arrested in New York. Charges arc that they violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act, requiring such agents to register with the State Department.
