TRAFFIC ON RHINE
RESUMED BETWEEN BASLE AND STRASBURG, BRIDGE WRECKAGE CLEARED AWAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) BERLIN, March 10. Traffic has been resumed on the Rhine between Strasbourg and Basle for the first time since the outbreak of war. Bridges which had been blown up have been cleared away.
