LOSSES BY LOOTING
INSURANCE COMPANIES REFUSE TO MEET CLAIMS. POSSIBILITY OF LITIGATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright! (Received This Day. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON. March 9. The refusal is likely soon to become the subject of litigation.
